The video assistant referee (#VAR) is a technology used in #football who reviews decisions made by the head referee with the use of video footage and headset for communication. This technology was used durint the clash between England and Denmark at the #Euro2021’s semi-final. FRANCE 24’s sports editor Simon Harding and James Vassina explain.
