Brazilian former President and presidential candidate for the leftist Workers Party Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva participated in a campaign rally between Belo Horizonte and Ribeirao das Neves, in Minas Gerais state, ahead of the October 30 runoff. "Ask each one you know who did not vote, to vote for us, to vote for democracy and against fascism," says Lula as he addressed a cheering crowd of supporters.
